International Olympic Committee member and President LA84 Foundation Anita L. DeFrantz and Figure Skating Champion Michelle Kwan joined The Honorable Antonio R. Villaraigosa, Mayor of Los Angeles on Monday, February 13, for Getty House Foundation’s Salon LA.

The series, which supports the Foundation’s efforts to oversee the Official Residence of the Mayor and to provide funding for public school projects that enhance civics education, takes place at the Mayor’s house in Windsor Square. Mayor Villaraigosa discussed women and sport with Ms. DeFrantz and Ms. Kwan.

The next Salon LA will take place on Thursday, April 12, and will feature Rob and Michele Reiner and Chad Griffin to discuss the current state of Proposition 8.
